An Affordable multi-application platform
The Fotona SP Spectro offers you the client with the most dependable, affordable up to date most complete package for aesthetical and surgical treatments. It has exceptional functionality and performance despite its relatively low price tag. The Fotona SP Spectro has enhanced treatments attributes coupled with fully customizable settings offering 3rd generation Er:YAG skin resurfacing. The Fotona SP Spectro can be customised and used on any skin type for both full field and fractional resurfacing by absolute control over ablation and coagulation. The Fotona SP Spectro comes complete with state-of-the-art scanners and fractional options which make the system fully loaded and a comprehensives solution to any laser practice whether new or old. Fotona’s unique TURBO technology offers high-definition fractional treatments and Fotona’s V-smooth technology offers a high-speed, minimally –ablative coagulation which further adds to the Spectro’s treatment dimensions. Using the Spectro wide functionality makes you the practitioner an artiste to be able to mix and match cold ablation and thermal effects to achieve the very best of results.
The ideal tool for Non-ablative treatments
The mainstay for many aesthetic and cosmetic practices is still non-ablative treatments and for this the ND:YAG application of the Fotona SP Spectro is invaluable and needs no introduction as the gold standard treatment. The new SP Spectro also features as standard the innovative and acclaimed S-11, 42cm2 area scanner and support top-hat distribution hand pieces for impressive results in laser hair removal, acne, vascular treatments and of course skin rejuvenation. Also as standard for the more challenging skin types and structures is Fotona’s own FRAC3 modality. This is a fractional approach that supplies non-ablative effects in the skin with minimal damage to the surrounding skin and tissue which results in superior treatments and quicker recovery time.
Anti-aging platform
The Fotona SP Spectro also has option for QCW Nd:YAG which will allow you to combine both ablative and non-ablative techniques with lucrative surgical treatments to maximise the return on your investment. The minimally invasive treatments such as laser assisted lipolysis, laser assisted hyperhidrosis and endovenous laser ablation can become a valuable part of your treatment portfolio with this unique laser system and in essence offer a complete anti-aging make over, from the inside out.
Er:YAG and Nd:YAG; what a combination!
Er:YAG energy is highly absorbed in water which is the main target chromophore for skin rejuvenation and leads to micro-level precision for skin vaporization making the SP Spectro very efficient with little thermal conduction. The results of this advanced performance is side effects are kept to a minimum with little hyperpigmentation or erythema and a fast recovery time. Variable square pulse technology can be maximised with the SP Spectro as it can be accurately tuned to vary the ratio of cold ablation and non-ablative thermal effects to best suit the needs of the patient.
The ND:YAG complements the Er:YAG lasers ablative action with the ability to penetrate deeper into the skin without risking damage to the skin surface. The homogenous absorption in skin allows the functionality to be used on all skin types. . The SP Spectro’s Nd:YAG variable square pulse technology causes an increase in the target areas temperature whilst having little or no effect on the surrounding tissue.
Maximising potential
- The Fotona SP Spectro has inbuilt systems in place to make it one of the best value for money laser systems currently on offer with:
- VSP technology – A square pulse eliminating needless energy to the skin
- EFC – Energy feedback control – Checking and controlling each pulse of laser energy, ensuring the output is exactly matched for a safe and effective treatment avoiding uncontrolled energy fluctuations
- Turbo Technology – A rapid sequence of identical pulses at the same spot, enhancing ablation depth whilst creating more sharply defined, high definition micro channels maximising the effects of even the most conservative Er:YAG treatment settings
- V Smooth Technology – High coagulation, minimally ablation technology. A computer controlled setting that irradiates individual spots for an optimum time before retreating at optimum interval levels
- F Runner ER:YAG Scanner – A computer controlled scanner that delivers sharp fractional treatments with absolute precision and accuracy
- S-11 Scanner – a 42cm2 scan area with an integrated cooling attachment to ensure large area treatments with maximum patient and practitioner comfort
- S Runner Er:YAg Scanner – 4mm spot size and 16cm2 area of treatment for full field resurfacing with adjustable scan areas and patterns
- Tissue Effect indicator – This shows the balance between ablative and coagulation allowing you to estimate the nature of the treatment and predict the outcome of the treatment.
